Coastal hidden gems revealed for Inverloch Open Gardens
Inverloch Open Gardens hosted annually by the Inverloch Uniting Church returns on Saturday, November 7 opening the gates to a number of private coastal gardens normally hidden from public view.
THE popular Inverloch Open Gardens event returns on Saturday, November 7 offering plant lovers' exclusive access to some of the town's most beautiful flower beds, lawns and vegetable patches.
Hosted annually by the Inverloch Uniting Church this cherished local tradition opens the gates to a number of private coastal gardens normally hidden from public view.
“We’re hoping for a beautiful sunny day,” said organiser Bev Phillips.
This year’s garden trail will showcase an incredible diversity of gardening styles.
Visitors can embark on a self-guided tour between 10am to 4pm celebrating our local green thumbs and inspired home gardeners. Attendees will be able to explore everything from tiny, quirky spaces packed with character to expansive, serene sanctuaries.

Each year the properties feature clever native designs, coastal-hardy exotic plants, lush vegetable patches, and unique garden art, offering endless inspiration for home gardeners facing challenging coastal conditions.
The Inverloch Uniting Church at 5 Williams Street will serve as the starting point for the tours with garden enthusiasts able to call into the church grounds to buy plants and seedlings before heading off along the garden trail with map in hand.
Tickets are reasonably priced with children entering for free. All proceeds directly support local community initiatives, and each ticket purchase includes a complimentary hot cup of tea or coffee inside the church hall.
To protect the privacy of homeowners, garden addresses remain confidential until just before the event. Cash tickets and physical maps are available on the day at the Uniting Church hub or at any participating garden with an Open Gardens sign.
