APPLICATIONS are now open for Australia Post’s 2025 Community Grants program, which funds community-led, local projects across Australia. From today, eligible not-for-profit groups from Victoria can apply for grants of up to $10,000 to support projects which have the primary purpose of improving connection and mental wellbeing in their local communities. 

This year, Australia Post has announced a significant expansion of its Community Grants program for 2025, with an additional allocation of up to $250,000 allocated to support grassroots initiatives that enhance mental wellbeing, foster connection, and build resilience in disaster-impacted communities. 

Organisations interested in applying are encouraged to review the Community Grant guidelines carefully to check eligibility requirements, with eligible organisations able to apply until 11.59 pm on Monday, July 7, 2025. To check eligibility, visit auspost.com.au/grants.
