Gippstar nominations open for local athletes and teams
Nominations for the September/October Gippstar Awards are now open. If you know of a local athlete, team, club, coach, volunteer or sporting individual whose achievements deserve recognition submit a nomination at sportgippsland.org.au
Nominations for the September/October Gippstar Awards will close on November 7, 2026. Nominations are also open throughout the current Gippstar year for Team of the Year, Club of the Year, Special Achiever Award and Gippsland Sporting Champion.
These Annual Awards can be nominated at any time during the current Gippstar year. If you know of a local athlete, team, club, coach, volunteer or sporting individual whose achievements deserve recognition, nominations can be submitted online via the Gippsland Sports Academy website at www.sportgippsland.org.au.
