Commencing July 2025 | 7.5 hours per week
Meeniyan Preschool is seeking an experienced and motivated Administration Officer to support the efficient operation of our community-run kindergarten. This is a part-time position commencing in July 2025.
Key Requirements:
• Demonstrated experience in administration, bookkeeping, payroll, and financial recordkeeping.
• Proficiency in managing budgets, reconciliations, and general financial operations.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills; ability to work independently.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative working style with staff and committee members.
• Competency in using computer-based accounting/bookkeeping software.
• Current Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain).
