On the first Saturday of every month, the village of Koonwarra hosts the best of local produce at the Koonwarra–South Gippsland Farmers Market.

Founded in November 2000 by an NFP association of the region's growers, producers and specialty food-makers.

Dogs are welcome on a lead.
