Who’s running the state?

1 min read

SO YOU actually believe politian’s have your best interests, health and wellbeing at heart, you special little thing you, Santa and his elves won’t be far away.

I sat and watched as the Governor of Victoria incredulously announced that there would be no changes to the self-defence laws in Victoria. I mean here I am looking at what appeared to be a grown adult telling me that everything is just hunky dory and sufficient as it is? When it comes to a Duty of Care to the people of Victoria, I believe the Government have FAILED! And, to top it off there is talk of raising the age of knowing what is right and wrong.

Six-year-old kids know, why do you think they keep pushing the boundaries with their parents for God’s sake.

If, and I hope it never happens, someone is intentional and unlawfully on my property or in my home and armed with any sort of weapon I will exercise my God given birth right and defend my own life and the lives of everyone in my home at that time! I will not be asking the offender to wait just a moment while I consider what I think would be the appropriate amount of force I need to use.

My argument in court would be that “I was in fear of my life and those in my care, my response to the situation was spontaneous with the only intent being to stop the intruder from causing harm to myself and those in my care, should the intruder suffer a catastrophic event, it was not my intention.”

Who is running the State of Victoria? From the look of things it’s a bunch of, known to Police, reoffending teenagers who apparently have no incentive not to repeat crimes, just a pop into the court to say

Hi to the magistrate before being out on bail looking for some other mischief to cause harm to the rest of us mugs.

Come on, tell me I’m wrong.
