For years, the veterinarians of West Gippsland have worked tirelessly to meet the needs of their communities, but the after-hours workload has been a growing challenge. GPE was founded to support these dedicated professionals while ensuring pets receive timely emergency treatment when their regular vet is unavailable.
Our clinic operates exclusively as an emergency service, open from Saturday 8am through Monday 8am, as well as on Public Holidays. During these hours, our skilled emergency vets and nurses are here to provide compassionate, expert care for a wide range of urgent medical needs, from trauma and acute illnesses to emergency surgeries.
