HARMAN Wines owners David and Nicole Harman are proud winners of the 2025 Bass Coast Business Awards People’s Choice Food and Beverage.

“We’re incredibly proud to again be recognised by winning this award — it’s a true reflection of the hard work and passion our team puts in every day,” said Nicole.

“We thank our loyal customers who, time and time again, vote for us for this People's Choice Awards - we appreciate them and their amazing support of Harman Wines.

“For us, it’s not just about the award itself, but the acknowledgment that our commitment to showcasing Gippsland’s produce and hospitality is resonating with our community and visitors.”

With over 30 exceptional local team members, Nicole said they’re proud that the majority of their staff live right here in the region. “We can support the local economy, which really strengthens the connection between our business and the community.

“The awards were a family occasion this year; David and I attended with our daughter Jenna.”

Wherever possible, Harman Wines prioritise local and seasonal produce. “Gippsland has such an abundance of outstanding growers and producers, and we love showcasing that on our menu,” Nicole explained. “Ninety percent of our ingredients are homegrown or sourced within 30km, supporting Gippsland farmers and producers. It keeps our food fresh, sustainable, and truly reflective of the region.”

Open Fridays and Saturdays from 12 pm to 8.30 pm for lunch and dinner service, and Sundays from 12 pm to 4.30 pm for lunch, with extended hours during the January school holidays.

Harman Wines is excited to introduce a new seasonal Spring menu from September featuring delicious shared platters and tapas, wood-fired pizzas and house-made desserts. Then enjoy live music on Sundays.

“We’re always looking ahead,” said Nicole. “We are a growing and evolving business, having increased the property size in the last 12 months.” Another Pinot Noir vineyard has been planted on site with the addition of 2,400 new vines.

“We have recently built and opened our new wine production facility on-site, more than doubling our previous operational space. This supports our ongoing growth and our commitment to quality production and delivering a premium wine visitor experience.”

Harman Wines is a solar-powered winery, with 100% of the production facility operating off-grid.

Nicole said the focus remains on continuing to grow sustainably while staying true to their core of great food, wine, and genuine hospitality. “Our vision is to be the must-visit wine destination in Gippsland. We are super proud of where we live, our exceptional team, and our product offerings and services.”
