THE fairytale ‘Farmer Wants A Wife’ outcome for Darriman beef farmer, Brenton Kuch is over, according to an announcement made by his TV-engineered partner Sophie Holcombe this week.
The social media manager reportedly announced on her Instagram Stories page on Tuesday, August 2 that the couple were going their separate ways.
“I have an update to share,” Sophie said in a brief statement.
“With a heavy heart, I want to let everyone know Brenton and I have gone our separate ways. Reg [her much-publicised dog] and I loved our life in Darriman and have been missing the farm a lot.”
Mind you, Series 13 of the show had a pretty good hit rate up until then with all of the farmers finding a partner with Farmer Brad and Clare Hockings announcing recently, they are expecting a baby together.
Sophie indicated that she was sorry it was over.
“It’s a disappointing ending, but I’ve learned a lot about myself and my values.
“I wish Brenton all the best and want to thank everyone for their support, especially my family and friends.”
Nice.
Brenton is yet to comment on his change of circumstances and there’s no word about the producers of the hit-TV show looking to revisit some of his other possible love interests.
