Thankfully, local police are on their tail.
On the Bass Coast Eyewatch page, police report recovering some stolen property in Korumburra.
“Following information received from local community members, local police executed a search warrant at an address in Korumburra yesterday, Wednesday, October 7, 2026,” they said.
“Police located and have recovered the following items: two stolen Toyota Landcruiser 4WDs, two stolen trailers and a stolen Kubota tractor.
“Two males were located at the address and arrested in relation to the stolen items. Both were interviewed and questioned for theft of motor vehicle, theft, and handle stolen goods.
“Both males will be receiving a summons to attend Korumburra Magistrates' Court at a later date.
“Police would like to thank the community for their assistance in providing valuable intelligence that led to the discovery of these stolen items.”
