Woorayl Lodge Inc is seeking an experienced and values-driven Chief Executive Officer to lead our community-owned, not-for-profit aged care organisation through an exciting period of change and future growth.

Woorayl Lodge has proudly served the South Gippsland community for more than 65 years. Based in Leongatha, we currently provide residential aged care through 41 private rooms, together with 29 independent living units.

Reporting directly to the Board of Management, this is a hands-on CEO role suited to an experienced senior leader who can combine strategic thinking with practical, visible leadership across the organisation.

The successful applicant will ideally bring:
• Experience within the aged care sector, including aged care accreditation
• Strong leadership, governance, compliance and financial management capability
• Experience working with and reporting to a Board
• Grant writing and funding application experience
• Experience supporting organisational growth, redevelopment or major projects
• A collaborative, approachable and community-focused leadership style

This is an exciting opportunity to lead Woorayl Lodge at an important time, with the organisation currently undergoing accreditation and considering future expansion through a staged development on a greenfield site.
