Grego from the Invy Baker will present the new cookbook, Bring Home the Bakery at Wonthaggi Library on Saturday, August 23, at 2 pm.

JOIN The Invy Baker at Wonthaggi Library on Saturday, August 23, at 2 pm for a special appearance. Grego Montalbán Sánchez and Hanna Löfgren, the duo behind Inverloch’s beloved micro bakery, will share the story of their journey from Granada and Sweden to the Bass Coast.

They’ll talk about their baking traditions, the inspiration behind their business, and their new cookbook, Bring Home the Bakery.

The book features beautiful photography, approachable recipes and plenty of heart, including sourdough loaves, creative pastries and Swedish buns, all drawn from their own kitchen.
