AT THE South Gippsland Shire Council Meeting on Wednesday 16 August, Council proposed to start the statutory procedures to sell part of the reserve 6A Davis Court, Leongatha being Res1 PS330962W with an area of 1,125m2 to the adjoining landowner for consolidation (shown in the plan below outlined in red) for not less than a valuation received within six months prior to the sale, pursuant to s.114 of the Local Government Act 2020.
A person may make a submission to the proposed sale of land. Submissions are to be received no later than 5.00pm Wednesday September 20, 2023 addressed to the CEO, 9 Smith Street, Leongatha Vic 3953.
Any person making a submission is entitled to be heard in support of the submission. If a person or a representative wish to be heard in support of the submission, they must state this in their submission. Copies of the submitter’s name and address will be disclosed at any public Council meeting at which the proposal will be considered. If no submissions are received, the proposal will be implemented.
