Guy Road shared pathway delayed again

THE Guy Road Shared Pathway has again been delayed and is now scheduled for completion in May this year. 

The project has been plagued with delays since it began in 2021, and was supposed to be finished this month.

Works completed as of March include:

Gravel Path

• The section between Tenby Point and Argent Road has been completed.

• The section between Cemetery Road and the School has been completed.

• The section between Joseph Road and Argent Road nearing completion.

• The section between Brick Kiln Road and Joseph Road nearing completion.

• The section between Cemetery Road and Tenby Point is underway.

Footbridge and approach ramps

• Footbridge completion is delayed due to a supply issue of the bridge deck.

• Footbridge abutments are complete.
