Dispensary Technician (Full-time, Part-time or casual)

We are seeking a motivated and reliable Dispensary Technician(s) to join our friendly team.

What you’ll do:
• Provide friendly, professional service to customers in-store, over the phone, and via email
• Process prescriptions and support daily dispensary operations
• Handle transactions accurately and maintain customer confidentiality
• Assist with non-prescription medicine sales and promote pharmacy products and services
• Support stock management and dispensary orders

What you’ll bring:
• Willing to work towards Certificate III or IV in Community Pharmacy 
• Pharmacy students are welcome to apply
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A customer-focused mindset and attention to detail

Pharmacy Assistants (casual)

We’re looking for an enthusiastic Casual Retail Assistant to provide outstanding customer service, assist with product sales, and help keep our store looking great. This role offers flexible hours, ideal for someone looking to balance work and life.

What you’ll do
• Deliver friendly, helpful service to all customers
• Assist with retail transactions and stock management
• Maintain tidy and well-presented product displays
• Support pharmacy services and promotions

What you’ll bring
• Retail or customer service experience (pharmacy experience a bonus)
• Positive, helpful attitude and willingness to learn
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends if required
