Inverloch dog park location

IF THE BCSC is having difficulty finding a suitable central location for the recently approved dog park I have a suggestion: The rear of the Inverloch Catholic Church is a large empty block of land facing St Kilda Street. Wouldn’t it be a great gesture for the church to donate that land to the community for this important facility for the benefit of the local community ?
