Search underway for offenders after break in at McBride restaurant

Police are investigating after offenders broke into a restaurant on Thursday morning in Durham Lane.

POLICE are investigating after five offenders broke into a restaurant on McBride Avenue, Wonthaggi this morning.

It's believed the offenders jimmied open a rear entrance off a back alley and stole a cash register in the early hours of Thursday around 5am.


If anyone has CCTV or dashcam footage around the vicinity of Durham Lane, McBride Avenue, Graham Street and Watt Street or information about the theft contact Bass Coast CIU on 5671 4100.
