Office Administration & Client Support Officer

(4 days per week – 30 hours)

Coldon Homes is South Gippsland and Bass Coast’s most active new home builder, and we are seeking a suitable person to join our team in an Office Administration & Client Support Officer role. You will be part of a well-organised, supportive team and will ideally possess the following skills:

• Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Ability to prioritise and work efficiently within a busy environment • Confident communicator, able to liaise professionally with clients, contractors and building authorities
• High accuracy and attention to detail in the preparation of building contracts, specifications and documentation
• Exceptional client service skills, with the ability to manage reception and phone enquiries in a warm, proactive and efficient manner
• Experience with Microsoft software (Word, Excel, Outlook)

On-site training and guidance will be provided. The successful applicant will commence mid-January 2026.
