AS MANY of our local Year 12 students prepare to sit their final exams from October 28, I want to wish each of them the very best of luck.
This is an exciting and sometimes stressful time, and it is important to remember that exams are just one step on a much bigger journey. I encourage students to do their best, but to remember that balance and wellbeing matter just as much as results.
I also want to acknowledge the parents, families and teachers who support our young people through this busy time. Your encouragement, patience and guidance make a real difference and help our students stay focused and confident.
Throughout the year I’ve had the pleasure of visiting many local schools and meeting an impressive group of young people. I know first-hand that our local schools are full of bright, capable and community-minded students who will go on to do great things.
To all our future leaders I say congratulations on reaching this milestone and good luck for the exciting future ahead.
