Spectacular success at fundraising auction to support family

1 min read

SEJ Livestock & Real Estate and Nutrien Livestock banded together at Thursday’s Leongatha Store Sale, running a charity auction to raise funds for 10-month-old Jenson Park who has been diagnosed with a rare brain cancer.

Jenson is the grandson of SEJ’s Neil and Veronica Park and nephew to Ethan.

Jenson’s parents Lachy and Courtney Park also have 3-year-old son Jarrah.

During this difficult and challenging time, they have been lifted by the generosity, love and prayers of their family, friends and community.

$30,000 was raised during the auction through the sale of kindly donated cattle, gift cards and services.

There was also a Geelong jumper signed by former Cat and now Nutrien stock agent Tom Hawkins, who was present on the day to show his support.

Funds will support the family so they can be by their son’s side during treatment.
