Super Swim contender Amy Hodson sets a 67km goal to raise funds for Starlight

13-YEAR-OLD Amy Hodson continues her mission to brighten the lives of sick kids in the children’s hospitals right across Australia, and this coming February, Amy has set a personal goal to swim 67km over the month.

Committing to her fourth Starlight Super Swim Challenge, the 67km is matching the “6…7” craze, and she’s using it as a fun way to raise funds and give back.

Amy’s mum, Robyn, said, Amy has spent a lot of time at the Royal Children’s Hospital. “During those visits, the Starlight Express Room has been a special place — filled with laughter, games, creativity, and joy. It’s a space where sick kids can forget about treatments for a while and just be kids again.

“Now, Amy wants to give back and help Starlight continue spreading smiles to kids and families everywhere — through hospital programs, wish-granting, and so much more.”

“Please consider donating, $6.70, $67 or whatever you can spare to support Amy’s swim challenge and help brighten the days of sick kids all across the country.”

“Every dollar helps Amy reach her goal. Thank you so much for cheering Amy on and helping her swim for smiles!”
