Wear your badge with pride this ANZAC Friday — Sue Dibley of the Phillip Island RSL volunteered at the ANZAC Appeal stand outside the San Remo IGA over the busy Easter weekend, selling ANZAC badges, hats and other fundraising items. Wear your ANZAC badge with pride and support the veterans this Friday, ANZAC Day, April 25.

Stopping off to purchase their ANZAC Appeal badges and support the RSL’s welfare efforts ahead of ANZAC Day this Friday, April 25 were San Remo visitors Mark, Lachie, Oliver and Jane with Phillip Island RSL volunteer Sue Dibley.

THERE’S still time to support the ANZAC Day Appeal by purchasing a badge or donating online in the lead up to the annual observances this Friday, April 25.

The ANZAC Appeal continues to support veterans and their families in their time of need.

It provides vital funds to the RSL to enable them to continue to deliver life-changing support to our veterans with health and wellbeing support by connecting with veterans through the RSL, helping veterans to submit claims to DVA, through financial support, suicide prevention and mental health support, and family support.

This year, there have been a lot of competing issues around ANZAC Day from the Federal Election to the Easter break, Royal Children’s Hospital Appeal and events overseas.

But there’s a clear run now for you to get out and buy a badge or to go online and support our veterans through the ANZAC Appeal at anzacappeal.com.au.
