Not your bin

There is a person/s of interest who are dumping illegal rubbish into the residents of South Dudley on bin night.

They are filling the rubbish in any of the coloured bins. It does not matter which bin they dump the rubbish in and the foul smell is disgusting.

This creates fines for people who are doing the right thing, which is totally unfair for those residents.

All bins should have a camera-like sensor so the guilty can be found out and then fined with a large fee, example $250.

The perpetrators who are doing this have no morals.
