Generosity deserves recognition

On behalf of the McGrath Foundation, we would like to thank OMK Cricket Club for their incredible support of the McGrath Foundation through their annual Pink Stumps Day fundraiser.

On Saturday, February 5, I was fortunate enough to attend the OMK Pink Stumps Day event and witness the community’s incredible dedication and enthusiasm first hand.

Pink Stumps Day is an opportunity for communities to turn their cricket game pink, have fun and raise important funds for families in Australia with breast cancer.

In Outtrim, it was a truly special day filled with a luncheon, raffle, auction, and the exciting Pink Stumps Day cricket match.

For years, OMK Cricket Club have been one of the largest Pink Stumps Day fundraisers in the country.

This year was no exception, with the club raising a phenomenal $72,000 to help fund McGrath Breast Care Nurses.

It is through the commitment of amazing organisations like OMK Cricket Club that we’re able to continue funding McGrath Breast Care Nurses where they are needed most.

We want to offer our sincere thanks to the club and the local community - we are truly grateful for your support.
