POLICE are investigating a two-vehicle collision in Wonthaggi today (November 6).
It is understood that a Highway Patrol vehicle and a civilian vehicle collided at the intersection of Billson Street and Merrin Crescent about 10.55 am.
The driver and sole occupant of the civilian vehicle received minor injuries and was transported to the hospital for observation.
The two police officers in the Highway Patrol vehicle were not injured.
The investigation into the circumstances of the collision is ongoing.
