Manhunt for three offenders

POLICE are on the hunt for three offenders after a string of burglaries on Tuesday, February 21 on Phillip Island.

At 11.30am offenders attended an address in Cowes in a silver VW, where they gained entry to a house and stole multiple keys.

At approximately 11.50am offenders then attended a second address in Cowes where they stole a handbag from an unlocked vehicle.

Subsequently the three offenders attended an address in Cape Woolamai at 12.45pm with one offender entering a vehicle and the second offender entering the front door to the premise.

The offenders fled the scene with nothing after being disturbed by the occupant.

The vehicle refuelled at Ampol (Bass) before fleeing without paying for fuel.
