South Gippsland Highway closed between Bena and Korumburra

ROAD CLOSED: South Gippsland Highway is closed between Bena and Korumburra in Whitelaw after a collision between a car and truck. A caravan is also understood to be involved and has flipped onto its side.

It’s believed two children and one adult received minor injuries in the collision and have been transported to hospital; there are no life-threatening injuries..  

Drivers are urged to avoid the area with the road closed whilst the scene is attended to by emergency services. There is no ETA on when the road will reopen at this time.
