THE presentation night signals the setting of the sun on yet another year of Wonthaggi Table Tennis.
A mostly successful year but heavy-hearted too with the loss of two cherished and beloved favourites, Nancy Pattinson and Michael Ede.
The membership embodied all that is good with the human condition including competitive joy, sweaty effort and dinkum mateship.
We look skyward to our departed shepherds and pay tribute to Nancy and Michael's glorious legacy. Their contribution on and off the table was long and profound. Proud smiles and double thumb salutes delivered and received.
Social play continues every Wednesday and Saturday at noon. Mondays at 6.30pm.
