MIDWEEK
GAME held at Corinella Bowls Club.
Another great Thursday spent with great weather, 27 bowlers took to the field to fight it out for the team of the day.
Not too many wrong bias’ bowls this week, which is a good thing, though not for our RCH tin.
This week’s winners on 38 points are as follows: Alan Weeden (S), Gwen Jeffrey (3), Pauline McWilliams (2) and Bill Williams (L).
Runners Up on 36 points were: Sue Stansfield (S), Luke Monckton (3) and Michael Saunders (L).
Best One Game winners were: Mark Andreatta (S), Chris Coulson (3) and Enid Johnson (L)
Next week we are unable to occupy San Remo, so we will be returning to Corinella for a second week.
We look forward to seeing everyone on site by 10am for a 10:30am start.
For more information contact Peter McWilliams on 56785974. Everyone is welcome.

WONTHAGGI
WEDNESDAY saw a good number of bowlers take to the greens on a fine but cold day.
It was decided that the format for the day would be one game of 15 ends and then get back inside. We had one visitor play, who is planning to become a member.
The winners were a team of four and they consisted of Jim Martin, Chris Miller, Ken Gage and Fred Kellow with a score of 1 win and 23pts.
Saturday saw a smaller number of bowlers take to the greens on a fine day with a strong breeze.
It was decided that two games of three bowl triples over eight ends was the order of the day.
After the first game it was decided that the second game would be 10 ends.
There was only one two game winner being the team of Allan Ireland, Ken Webb and Frank Tagell with a score of 1 win and 30pts.
Just a reminder that if you want to play Pennant this year there are two lists in the clubhouse for Saturday and Mid-Week.
Don’t forget Friday night for a catch up.
