Jenny rolls to victory in Victoria Open Singles

JENNY Miller is a member of the Leongatha Bowls Club and she competed in the Ladies Singles event at the Victorian Open that was held last week. Jenny won the event, which was a fantastic achievement for a country girl and the Leongatha Bowls Club congratulate her and being rewarded with the trophy and prize money that was appropriate.

Jenny defeated Ann Draffen (Ballan Bowls Club) in the semi-final with a score of 21/15 shots and went on to defeat Carol Fair (Kiewa Valley Bowls Club) in a close fought final with a score of 21/18 shots.
