On the low side, locals say the 40-hectare (99 acre) grazing property, boasting unrivalled views over the beautiful Bunarong coastline, could fetch $2.1 million, especially being listed as a “Mortgagee Sale”.
But it could go higher, a lot higher, given recent sales in the area of much smaller allotments.
