AT the end of March Phillip Island Boardriders Club (PIBC) ran their final Supergroms program for their 23/24 Season.

This season has seen the highest enrolments ever for PIBC, thanks to the work of Super Groms Captain Deb Leonard, and support team Steve Lock, Alisha Hill and Mel Wright. This was the third season that Deb Leonard has taken the lead on the Supergroms program.

Phillip Island RSL also sponsored this season’s program with a generous donation of $2000 to create high quality rash vests, to ensure the kids and volunteers were kept safe in the water.

“Everyone finished the season with a few new friends, some great memories, and a real sense of belonging
within the Phillip Island Boardriders Club,” said Deb.

“We also want to thank the PIBC committee, club members and local businesses who donate their products, services, and time to help make this program, our presentation nights and fundraising raffle a huge success.

“We will be posting dates and info for the 2024/2025 season in the coming months. Please sign up to our newsletter or follow us on socials to stay up to date.”
