Thank you BP

THE recent storm and loss of power, while having many negative impacts, showed the willingness of many to help others in need in the community.

A number of local businesses went beyond the usual commercial considerations, and we would specifically like to acknowledge the owners and staff of BP Leongatha.

With plenty of uncertainty many scrambled to get fuel for vehicles and generators, some waiting in queues for two hours.

Thanks go to BP Leongatha for going the extra mile, running generators, arranging additional fuel deliveries and their extra (ever patient) staff.
