25 years of Legacy service
A twenty-five-year service certificate was awarded to Legatee Kristina Methven of the South Gippsland Branch, for her personal service to widows of ex-servicemen and their children. Pictured with president Alex Moon. 

SOUTH Gippsland Legacy’s Krishna Methven was presented with her 25-year certificate recently by president Alex Moon recently. 

The Legacy lectern in the photograph holds significance; it was presented to the group on the night Legatee Krish was inducted by then group president Legatee Perry Neill, a skilled woodcrafter who created the lectern himself to mark the 50th anniversary of South Gippsland Legacy, founded in Korumburra.

The shield features the Legacy logo and a wreath crafted from scales from the Lone Pine tree in Coleman Park, which was planted by Legatees. As Legatee Perry explains, the wreath circle is incomplete as Legacy’s work is ongoing
