Big thank you

We are so lucky living in the South Gippsland area when it comes to aged care. 

Over the past few years, we have had the need to use Prom Country Aged Care at Foster as well as Seahaven Aged Care at Inverloch for our dad’s brief stays for respite. 

In both cases the care and support were excellent.

About 12 years ago mum moved into Carinya Aged Care at Korumburra. 

Over those many years mum certainly had her ups and downs but the care and support from management and staff in that time gave us great comfort that mum was in good hands. 

Their communication to us meant that we were always in the know as to how mum was going. 

Recently mum passed away and in those last few weeks the love and interest shown between her, and the staff was amazing to see and hear.

And so this letter is just to let you know that we thank and truly appreciate the aged care facilities locally but especially to Carinya for the care mum received over many years.
