Citizens of the year special bond

CONGRATULATIONS to the finalists in the South Gippsland Shire Council Citizen of the Year Awards.

What the synopses of the finalists doesn’t indicate is that two of them have a very special bond.

Avis Tilley is lucky enough to have Perry Neil as her Legatee. He would do anything for her and she loves him like a son – she’d happily tell you that herself.

I hope they are joint winners.
