CJ performs comedy variety show in Foster

‘VARIETY style’ entertainer and comedy ventriloquist, CJ, will appear at Foster War Memorial Arts Centre (79 Main Street) in Foster on Saturday, August 17. Doors open at 6.30pm for a 7pm.

CJ has toured throughout Australia with his unique blend of comedy, ventriloquism, and music – racking up thousands of shows along the way and gaining recognition not only in Australia but worldwide.

‘Look Who’s Talking!’ is an entertaining one-man show. It’s aimed at adults; however, the whole family can come along because CJ’s material is 100 per cent clean. The performance features various puppet characters and old-school ventriloquism, with a fresh modern twist. Comical puppet routines are fused alongside audience participation, with engaging storytelling from CJ’s early experiences in the gritty working men’s club circuit in his native home, the north of England. Tales are told of life on the road as a musical entertainer, as well as stories of life at sea, working aboard luxury cruise liners.
