Community spirit appreciated

Thank you, Inverloch. As the newly elected President of the Inverloch RSL Sub Branch, I am so appreciative of the community support for our ANZAC Day commemorations.

The support provided across so many elements of the community, Newhaven College, Inverloch Kongwak Primary School, 1st Inverloch Scouts Group, Lions, Rotary, Bass Coast Shire, VICPOL, RAAF, HMAS Cerberus and of course the local traders who assist with the breakfast and lunch is just simply amazing. 

As President, I am so proud of the efforts put in by so many of the Sub Branch membership, the planning, badge selling, setting up, taking down, providing meals all done without hesitation and across a number of weeks. 

I, like my predecessors, am humbled by the effort and support that goes into making ANZAC Day the great event it is.
