WHAT a refreshing front cover. I had not heard about Jenni and Dean Lewandowski. I may not use their service as I do not own a boat or a caravan, but I congratulate them and so happy that they credit the success of their business to personal, friendly service and anticipating their clients’ needs. It is no wonder that they are successful and have the title of Best in the Business.
In the business world especially regionally so much is dependent on their attitude towards their customers, and I have tried a lot of businesses and put a lot of google reviews because that is what I depend on when I am researching businesses. We fail when we do not consider our clients because if it was not for them there is no business. I have not returned to businesses that have offered substandard customer service and gone somewhere else even if it is to pay more.
I voted Harmen Wines and congratulations to them too as they are a great venue and offer so much more than great customer service. I will keep going back to good customer service enterprises and even if there are some discrepancies, it can be easily overlooked if the attention to customers is given high priority.
Congratulations to all the winners, you know that you have won because you have had your customers at the forefront and keep up the great work because your business is important to our region.
