NO doubt David, River, Candice and Clover and others had great fun at the Halloween House in San Remo (Sentinel Times 7/11).
Call me a killjoy, but as a relatively recent widow, I find their graveyard with its pretend tombstones offensive.
And, as happened last year, they stay in place well after Halloween.
If, as a society, we had mature conversations about death and grieving, there might be less taste for “spooky” graveyard “fun”.
