Could not believe my eyes on Saturday 18th, when I saw a person dressed in a hi vis vest with the Bass Coast council name and logo on the front.
And then the oxymoron title of “Community Safety” on the back wandering the main streets of Inverloch booking people’s vehicles for over staying parking times etc.
Does council not appreciate that businesses in Inverloch suffered considerably during lockdowns and COVID.
And now that people are out enjoying the market having lunch at the pubs and restaurants and shopping for fashions or specialty lollies, council decides to have an officious representation in town to book people for irrelevant minor misdemeanours.
Is Bass Coast Council intentionally trying to drive businesses, residents and visitors in Inverloch into further pain.
