POLICE, ambulance and CFA were called to the scene of an incident at The Oaks beach near Cape Paterson on Wednesday afternoon.
It follows the report of clothing being found near a cliff edge on the western end of the beach.
Police airwing made a thorough search of the area but nothing was found. The search has since been discontinued.
