Sedan sideswipes bus on Bass Highway

A SEDAN driven by a French national sideswiped a mini bus on Thursday evening (near Woolamai Road on the Bass Highway.

All passengers were alert and awake. It's understood one individual sustained minor injuries with all other passengers and driver not sustaining any injuries.

It's believed the sedan attempted to merge into the left lane without realising the mini bus was beside them.

The northbound lane was temporarily reduced to one lane whilst paramedics triaged the passengers and drivers.

A second mini bus arrived on scene and took the passengers on their way whilst the mini bus involved was towed from the scene.

The sedan was also towed with the driver and passenger in the sedan returning to Kilcunda.
