Thank you for the ceremonies

A BIG thank you to Bass Coast Council and its Councillors for continuing with the traditional Australia Day ceremonies unlike some of the eighty odd woke councils that have cancelled them.

Remember that 68 per cent of Australians want Australia Day to remain on January 26. Something that a particular Bass Coast Councillor did not understand last year and is totally out of step with.

Australia Day: Reflect, Respect, Celebrate. Go back and read these three important words again. We are all part of this story. 

We have the best country in the world. Australia. Don’t divide it. Don’t spoil it.
