Both the A grade and senior coaches talked to the players prior to their game and blue TAC arm bands were worn in support of this important round.
The umpires also supported the round by wearing TAC armbands.
The Victorian Police talked to the thirds players regarding road safety, and president Ken Myors spoke to both clubs and supporters in the social rooms afterwards.

The wet and slippery conditions made it a struggle for both teams in the first half, requiring both to adjust quickly.
IK scored the first goal, but the Giants weren’t far behind, with Nick Besley kicking their first goal.
Great connecting kicks down the boundary went into the Giants’ forward line.
Good entry kick by Jayden Deas, went into Tyler Newton and ultimately Ryan Gillis.
Gillis got the spillage out the back and scored an uncontested goal.
IK played well through the first quarter but was unable to capitalise on its first use of the ball.
Korumburra-Bena defended well and kept IK within reach.
A struggle from both sides during the wet and scrappy conditions in the first half saw the Giants only two points down at half time.






Lachie Smith had great one-on-one pressure at full back the whole game, spoiling lots of the incoming footy.
Newton took courageous running back with the flight marks.
Gillis took a screamer on top of a pack, finishing off with a great goal and taking it back to nine points.
Gillis subsequently kicked another goal from a set shot from 50 metres, and the Giants were 10 points down near the end of the third.
A disappointing last quarter from the Giants saw them lose by 52 points. IK was too good to keep up with.
The Sea Eagles worked hard to open up the game in an intense last-quarter effort.
The midfield got on top of everything and connected well into the forward line.
For Inverloch-Kongwak, Callan O’Flynn had another great day in the ruck, and Paul Pattison and Ethan Park were instrumental through the middle.
For the Giants, Gillis kicked three for the game to be their most constructive forward.
Next week, the Giants take on Cora Lynn at home. Last time, they played the Giants only lost by six points. This time, they will be looking to win.
This win for Inverloch-Kongwak has put the Sea Eagles back in the top six on percentage.
The Sea Eagles anticipate it will be an arm wrestle between them and Kilcunda-Bass for sixth, as Inverloch-Kongwak faces a major challenge this weekend.
Inverloch-Kongwak will be travelling away to take on cream-of-the-crop Nar Nar Goon.
Inverloch-Kongwak will be taking this as an opportunity to try a few things out on the field and come away with a competitive scoreline.
