POLICE are investigating the circumstances surrounding a fatal crash which occurred in Walkerville on Sunday, May 22.
Emergency services were called to Fish Creek-Walkerville Road about 4.55pm after reports a car had left the road and crashed into a tree.
The driver and only occupant, believed to be a man in his 70s, died at the scene.
Police are continuing to investigate the exact cause of the collision and are appealing for anyone who witnessed the crash or further information to come forward.
