THE ‘CHRISTMAS Special’ golf game was a big hit and we thank our Women’s Captain, Merrissa Cosson for creating this fun version of golf. No handicapping was involved as the usual rules were very much altered. It was also the Captain’s v President’s (Lyn McIvor) Day with teams selected randomly and Merrissa’s group winning the title.
The A Grade winner was Heather Grist, 49 pts with Sherrin Solly next best, 48 pts. Diarne Maskell won B Grade, 50 pts, and runner-up was Gail Beer, 47 pts.
Lyn Leppin won C Grade, 54 pts with Pam Eyers runner-up, on a c/b, with 48 pts.
BDTL went to Karen Sorrell, 48 pts, Kerri Besley, 47 pts, and Lorraine Knox and Deb Wrigley, both on 46 pts.
NTP’s were also different from the usual rules or distance. 1st, Lyn McIvor, 7th, Viv Enbom, 10th Lyn Perks, 13th Jenny Blackmore, 14th to the 4th, Sherrin Solly.
The minor trophies were presented and thanks to the club for sponsoring these awards.

Last Thursday week the Twilight winners were Viv Enbom and Bob Stiff, 24 pts on a c/b from Collette Pearl and Steve McNamara.
Thursdays Twilight winners were Viv and Jaarl Enbom, 27 pts, on a c/b from Julie Cole and Joseph Salvatore. Joseph was also NTP on the 13th green.
Saturday’s RB Monthly Medal was won by Aliesha Wrigley (23) with 70 net and therefore Aliesha was the recipient of the Luscious Café voucher. Runner-up, after the c/b was Judy Webb (25), 70 net.
BDTL went to Jenny Blackmore (27), 73 net. NTP’s were Sherrin Solly, 1st (Kelly’s Bakery voucher) and Jenny was closest on the 13th.
