THE KORUMBURRA Croquet Club doubles tournament sponsored by Elders was held in over the weekend of November 16 and 17.
A very warm day on Saturday was followed by cooler conditions on Sunday requiring wet weather gear.
Twenty-eight Korumburra players competed in two sections with Robin McKinnon of Leongatha and Ray Biffin winning Section 1.
Runners-up were Stephen Beitz from Leongatha and Mary Tabrah from Sale.
Section 2 winners were Craig Piller of Drouin and Val Wilson of Korumburra.
Runners-up were Terry Nash from Korumburra and Kathy Ross of Wonthaggi.
