A charred roadside is all that is left after a car was torched this morning along Ventnor Beach Road.

One injured in Inverloch assault

POLICE are investigating an assault this morning, Thursday, September 12, at an outdoor commercial premise in Inverloch. 

It's understood a dispute occurred between two parties with a 75-year-old male requiring medical attention from Ambulance Victoria Paramedics for minor injuries. The injured party was not taken to hospital. 

The other party left prior to the police attending. Investigations are ongoing. 

Vehicle torched in Ventnor

PHILLIP Island Fire Brigade attended the scene of a vehicle fire this morning, September 12, at 7.30am on Ventnor Beach Road, near Pyramid Rock Road, Ventnor. 

The offenders are unknown with investigations continuing.
