Congratulations to all teams entering and playing this great indoor night competition.

The Elimination Finals were determined often only by a single goal. Intense.

2025 Overall Best and Fairest was awarded to Emma Ton. Equal Runners up went to Emma Felsovary (High Flyers) and Eden Wilson (The Spice Goals). Third place wasawarded to Ruby McGillivroy (High Flyers) and Joanne Duscher (Jaguars, absent) closely followed by Juliette Townsend (Opals), Sally Wells and Holly Forsyth. Congratulations girls on your great season and playing stand out netball. Very well done and well deserved.

Section One: Saw the undefeated Sapphires play The Club. The Sapphires came out strong and came away with a convincing win. Credit to The Club whom had vital players injured, still turned it on. It was a fast moving, friendly skilled game. Congratulations girls especially the Sapphires whom have finally had a great season. Sapphires 51 to The Club 31.

Section Two A very contested game and although Scissor Sisters had a six-goal lead at half time The High flyers kept at it and won the final quarter . Final siren Scissor Sisters 21 to The High Flyers 16. Congratulations on getting to the grand final, playing and enjoying the game.

Now The Social Section saw The Ball Blasters 27 win the chocolates from The Goal Diggers 20. Their first quarter was level and The Goal Diggers had the lead at half time.

W&DNA would like to thank all the umpires, players and captains for their support this season.

Special thanks to Katrina and family for organising the umpires and setting up the stadium weekly, much appreciated. Things do get a bit crazy and unravel at times which is unfortunate. But we value everyone, and we are all there to have fun and play netball, perhaps gain a bit of fitness too.

All the grand finals were played in a very friendly manner and in the true spirit of the game, it is just great fun. WDNA appreciate and love playing in the three court community stadium.

Next season is to start early August with an AGM so all teams are welcome to participant. Watch the Sentinel Times or WDNA Facebook. Looking forward to seeing you all on the court in August.
